As a very hairy guy who found out I somehow got crabs I'm wondering do any other bears/otters who have had crabs have any advice?

I did the 'Rid' shampoo and I've been using the comb to pick out the nits attached to my pubes but I'm afraid there's no way I'm going to be able to get rid of all of them because I'm so hairy... like I have hair everywhere including a really hairy crack. I really really don't want to shave my whole body.
