I've come out to a few friends, but I have no clue how or even if I should tell my family. The guilt keeps eating away at me but I can't figure out what's the right thing to do... My parents have always been fine with gay people, but my dad will sometimes say things or make jokes about gay men and women, and I'm afraid that he would feel different about me if I came out to him. Does anyone have any advice?
