Update (2nd date)

So a while back like 3 days ago I posted for help because I was going on a date and I said we were going on a second one well it never actually happened.After our date we texted and I kept telling him that roses got me started thinking of him now because he made a funny comment about them. We texted and I said our 2nd date should be good and he took it negatively saying that I was saying our first one wasn’t good which was false it was fun. But I fixed it by complimenting him and I went to bed and told him goodnight I wake up a little later to see snaps from him and him saying oh going hiking and I made a comment saying you’re cute and went back to bed I wake up a little later than 3AM to see a message from him saying “Sorry I can’t do this I have felt for someone else” and then he blocked me. So we never got on a second date... I’m okay though my life is usually this crappy haha but do men usually do this? I’d hate to keep going on dates for them to tell me this.
