Question with Disillusionment

I have a problem lately that I'm finding a bit hard to solve on my own. When I was a young (and horny) teen I often watched a lot of porn or looked at a lot of gay art even ending up joining a few online communities after getting involved enough. Now that I'm in my 20's and want to start actually looking for a special someone (or at least start to find a partner) I'm finding that my expectations are way to high for guys looks. I guess after a certain point my views got shifted to looking for the perfect dudes seen in porn or art and I don't know how to shift out of that mind set. I've already been been taking a break from looking at the stuff for at least two weeks now and just trying to socialize more but it seems to be a frame of mind that I can't shake. Does anyone have any advice for this? Have you gone through this before?
