Im 13 when should I come out to my parents?

as I said in the title I am 13 and I want to come out to my parents but I don't know the best way or if i should at this age and it will be awkward and everything. I am in a relationship with someone online the same age as me and we both want to be together so badly but he is in New York and I'm in Texas.Idk what I should do!?
