Feeling kinda guilty about a grindr hookup...

So Im recently single after a long term relationship (10+ years), so of course I download grindr, and talk with a few people. I go and meet up with this one guy and we have a great time, but now today Im feeling I shouldnt have. Dont know why I feel that way, maybe just the mentality I had while being in the relationship. Any words of wisdom to help a guy through this?
