New bottom, looking for advice

How do you bottoms be sure you are clean without doin a full douche etc? Is there any way to be sure? I'm scared that even if I shower and make sure I feel "ok" down there that the guy will have yuck on his dick. Is there any tips for cleaning and knowing you are in fact clean?
