Move to another country

Hi guys, I'm 24 gay man from Turkey. I've been thinking move another country because of how people approach LGBT in Turkey. Of course there are other reasons but the fact is i don't wanna live here anymore. So I need advices about which country should i choose. I have computer engineering degree and graphic design skills. If you have any experience about live in another country I want to hear your advice. For example finding job, place to stay etc...
