I have a small penis, should I refrain from sex?

Hi everyone. I have a 3.7 inch penis and I'm too afraid to get into a relationship or try hooking up because I know I'm way below average and guys would probably laugh at me. I'm in college now and I feel like everyone is hooking up and I want to try it too but I'm too afraid to because of my size. Does anyone have advice for my situation? Would talking to a doctor possibly help? I thought my penis would grow as I got older but it never really did. I'm also afraid I'll never find love. Please help. Thank you. I literally think about this everyday now.
