I get uncomfortable when certain people talk or joke about sex.

I have grown extremely tired of certain people who talk and joke only about my homosexuality. Don't get me wrong i am in no way a prude. But the moment certain acquaintances or family members see or speak to me a joke about my homosexuality needs to get in.I have tried talking, sarcasm, wit, It still persists.Have you experienced this? How do you handle it?
