How the hell do I meet people?

Hey everybody. Well, as the title says, I'm having a ton of trouble meeting people, gay or otherwise. I'm a junior in college, but I pretty much haven't heard or interacted with anyone I got to know in the previous two years since they figured out I was gay and generally just started being disrespectful in a number of other ways. I tried to get involved with an LGBT club on campus last year, but I felt zero connection with it and honestly didn't feel welcome. I went back a few days ago and felt just about the same, if not worse due to the influx of new members, and the loss of almost every single member I recognized from the previous year (apparently a lot of people felt that the club was not welcoming or enjoyable, hence the mass exodus). I pretty much have zero friends at this point, and it is extremely difficult to enjoy the day when you are alone the entire time with nobody to talk to or make plans with.I guess I'm just wondering if anyone had any advice for my situation. I've tried to look up clubs or organizations for some of my other interests (video games and various table games, poker, etc.) but I couldn't find any listings anywhere. I have no network of people to introduce me to new people, I don't enjoy going to parties and just getting blackout drunk or whatever else, and I'm living off campus with a roommate I barely know. If anybody has advice or ideas, I'd really appreciate them!
