How can I encourage safe sex?

Hi. Not long ago I asked this subreddit for help - I'm a straight man who's now managing a men's only hotel (some would call it a bathhouse, but I'm working to make it a nice one).I've taken a lot of that advice to heart - we have free condoms everywhere, I've been having people fix up the paint/air conditioning/etc etc etc. But there's one thing that I'm really disappointed one initiative I tried that failed:Safe sex. The local health department came by and asked if they could do an event here: teach about safe sex, do free private testing for those who wanted it. After the owner approved I said sure - gave them a room, put up posters for "Sex Ed night!" and even gave free membership passes and the health department gave out $10 gift cards. And, from what I observed - it was a wash. People seemed uninterested or at worst kept away.I'm not sure if it's just that safe sex isn't that "fun" a topic, or if it was a bunch of people from the Health Department coming in, or what. We have plenty of party nights, plenty of fun events, but the idea of safe sex was kind of a "yeah ok sure whatever." And I know of members who have privately told me about their health issues so safe sex and STDs are an issue. So - how can I help my customers be more aware of safe sex but not make it a total buzzkill? Thanks!tl;dr: How can I make safe sex a sexier priority for our guests?
