questioning and advice

so im 17 and its a bit of a long story (wall of text inbound)last year around this time i was babysitting for my cousin who went out with friends and out of nowhere i just thought of this guy in my class, but with feelings. I questioned it but went back and forth for about 2 weeks whether i liked him or not and forgot about it for awhile. It came back every so often during the summer and now the past week and a bit i feel like i like him alot more. The thing is, I dont think im gay or anything, I sort of discarded my thoughts as he acts feminine (sorry if this insults anyone I dont mean anything bad by it). I went out with a girl 2 years ago but still have yet to kiss anyone or anything. Advice?
