Is it normal to not speak to your bf (who you live with) for days at a time?

We haven't spoke since Monday after a fight were I didn't want to wash the dishes right away. I now regret not washing the dishes, but we haven't said a word to each other for two days now. I messaged him to say sorry while he was at work but he didn't reply. When I got home today he didn't say anything and neither did I.
