Help

There's this guy in my school that I think I have a crush on (I'm not sure if I do or don't; the fact that I don't really have any friends makes this even more complicated). As of now, I basically walk up to him, we say "Hello" to each other, then I either continue walking beside him or I just leave.There are a few problems:He's not in the same class as me, thus I don't have that many opportunities to drop by and do nice things for him.He's always with his own friends, so even when I want to, I can barely get close to himI'm not sure what he thinks of me. Considering that I just walked up to him one day and introduced myself, I'm not sure what kind of first impression I made. He probably either thinks that I'm really friendly but shy, or that I'm a creep. I don't know how to find out what he really thinks of me, if at all, and it's driving me up the wall.I'm too shyTL;DR I wanna make my feelings known to a guy in my school, but I don't know how to get closer to him, or if he wants to be my friend.For the record, I don't really want to be his boyfriend, but I do wanna be a close friend.
