Need help meeting guys

Okay so I’m a bisexual male. Have recently come to the realization I want to meet and potentially have a relationship with a guy, a steady relationship. Not simply relations. Craigslist and Grindr are full of empty conversations and mainly for quick hook ups anyways.I’m out of a long term relationship with a woman and I want to try meeting/dating men. Any advice on good places, social media, or apps to be able to meet guys not simply looking to fuck and be done?Any help would be appreciated!Also I live in New Orleans if that helps with social scene advice.
