Is my math teacher gay?

My mather teacher is a man who refers to himself in third person, he talks about himself constantly during class which most of us feel uncomfortable, everyone might assume he might be Bi because he hasn't had a girlfriend in his whole life, me and my classmates are looking to help him out.
