Is he worth my time?

So I’m messaging this guy on Snapchat and he tells me he’s going to be busy this week so he can’t talk much. That’s completely understandable so i told him don’t worry about it but being the spy that I am, I checked his snapchat score to see if he was telling the truth and I realized he was definitely sending chats/snaps to other people and purposely not opening my message. Should I take this as a sign?
