Is he worth my time?

So I’m messaging this guy on snapchat and a few days ago he warns me that he’s going to be busy all week and can’t talk much. That’s understandable so I had no problem with it but being the spy that I am, I checked his snapchat score to see if he was telling the truth and I realized that he was definitely sending chats/snaps to other people and purposely not opening my message. Should I take this as a sign?
