Help with Condyloma :c

So, i got diagnosed with anal condyloma back in October. My dermatologist treated me with podophyllin one time, and then she gave me imiquimod twice a week. The condyloma seemed to be gone but they came back by the end of December, so my doctor used podophyllin again, and gave me Imiquimod twice a week, and Tacrolimus 3 times a week.My Issues with this are that I have had an unbearable itch every time I touch my anus, so i can not bottom. Plus, I'm not sure how I should handle this:1) How many times will the condyloma reappear?2) Will it reappear for the rest of my life?3) Can i infect my sexual partner when i have no visible condyloma?4) It is normal to have itch?It's been pretty rough since I also am HIV positive (undetectable now), and im only 21 years old. Most of the times I feel pretty bad about myself, and I have low self esteem. All I want is a normal relationship with my boyfriend.
