Mom & Dad, I’m gay

I’ve finally come out to myself and fallen in love with another guy, who’s now my boyfriend. I’m 26 y.o.I don’t want to hide this part of myself any longer. I need to summon the courage to come out to my parents over the holidays.Any advice on how you would go about it?Would you drop both pieces of news at once? (A - being gay, B - having a boyfriend)Or would you take it step by step so they can process?Thanks <3
