Is my toy safe?

So a dildo I ordered off of Amazon by Sweety-LOVE came in and I'm not so sure about it. This was my first time picking out a dildo and since I'm in the closet i choose Amazon so no one would find out. That part worked, but now that I have the toy I'm worried, there is a strage chemical like smell coming off it. Which makes me think it might not be safe to use for my bum or mouth. From the labels it looks like its from China. Do you guys think it is safe to use or should I throw it away? Thanks for any and all help.
