Confused

Whenever I'm nearby to guys who look hot...im feeling uncomfortable because I keep thinking if they are staring at me and maybe like me and sometimes I do sweat...Maybe it's because I'm a virgin or I do not have self confidence ,I'm such a shy person how can I stop this torture :(
