Am I homophobic?

I'm a guy and I was talking to a friend about an anime. I told her that I stopped watching it because the gay scenes made me feel uncomfortable. She then proceeded to accuse me of being homophobic. I personally dont care if someone is homosexual, but I would get uncomfortable if a guy started hitting on me. Am I homophobic for this?
