I'd have to say it's been the few times that I've gotten blow jobs in the mall parking ramp. The first time I did that we were on the top of the ramp back in one of the corners so we could see other people coming from a pretty good distance away. Another time was about on the 3rd or 4th level and about halfway down the drive. I could still see people coming from a good distance, but there were a few times that they got pretty close before I noticed they were walking towards us.
