Dating sucks

It's funny how going on a failed date can wreck your mood instantly. I was happily single and could enjoy myself thoroughly. And then I went to this failed date because he only wanted one night fling and it ruins my mood for days. Then this one guy magically appeared and threw himself all over me, but the next day he suddenly ghosted me for no reason. I don't know, I feel like i've lost faith in gay dating and maybe I should avoid it altogether so that I could remain happy.
