Opinions on Shaving or not shaving the down stairs bits.

I recently had an encounter with someone who I was casually hooking up with, when I asked him if he would go down on me he said he wouldn't because I was "too hairy", I said fair enough, its not like were dating or anything and you have a right to your preference but still I was like get the fuck off of me down, were not going any further. Honestly I get where he was coming from but also I personally feel like I shouldnt have to alter my body, I like bush, I like hair, I like being a motha fucking hippie. Curious if people have had experiences like this or feedback from other who dont like shaving and dont want to. Cheers
