Fake stories posted here on AskBros, Should I take them seriously?

Do you actually believe most stories that are posted here? Like dudes that magically turn straight dudes gay or guys that are obese and had sex with a muscular stud, etc. Why do you think people feel compelled to lie and create fictional events?
