What to do with this guy?

I met him on Tinder, we exchanged our numbers. I leant than he doesn't respond my message until 9pm Monday to Friday and won't be available during weekend either. He claimed " I haven't met you in person so I would still spend most of my time with my family and friends." I totally understand his concerns and respect to him. Then I only text him if there's something important. Yesterday I texted him asking if we could meet up next week during weekend. He texted back at 10pm saying " I hope we could meet up but I want to spend more time with you and know you better." But you can tell he is not available all day except one hour before he goes to sleep. What should I do with him? I kind of feel like giving up and move on already :(
