I hate my birthday.

Just had to let it out.I hate my birthday because it reminds me of the first time my mom called me a faggot, and my dad punched me. I understand that people feel the urge to celebrate others' birthdays but I feel sad every time they celebrate mine because it brings back this daunting memories (I'm better with my parents now)Do you hate your birthday by any reason?
