POST PEP HIV

I took Tivicay and Truvada after being the bottom with a guy I don't know, the condom broke, he changed condom after and we continued, I never knew if he came since I was drunkI was put on PEP after 37 hours, I stoped taking meds after 28 days on August 1st, I had mild diarrhea and I still have it sometimes, today is really bad. I test 3 weeks after PEP and I was negative, I'm so depressed, any comments?
