My wife just told me she's gay and cheated on me. I want to talk to people but don't want to out her.

My wife told me she was bisexual about 4 months ago. I knew she had feelings for this girl she works with but she told me she loves me, and still wanted to be with me. She went to visit her this week, and even though she said it was just as friends slept with her and now says she's gay. I'm heartbroken, and want to talk to my friends and family, but don't want to out her to anyone. Any advice?
