Hookup may now be trying to retroactively withdraw consent. Anyone else ever dealt with this?

So a guy I hooked up with a couple of times is now claiming that I may have infected him with something. And judging from the texts he sent me, it sounds like he's trying to withdraw consent to sex after the fact. Sounds like a prime setup for a future rape accusation. Anyone else ever had to deal with something like this?
