Question

Is it healthy/ normal to keep my feelings to myself. I.E. if I'm sad or depressed. they're my problems and I have to deal with them and if I make someone sad by telling them about it, it feels like I'm pulling them down with me, even if its only very slightly I still feel like I'm being selfish and I'm doing them a disservice for the sake of me, I don't know if I'm right or wrong, and some input would really help.
