Favorite/most inspirational gay character on TV/movies?

I was thinking about the prevalence of gay characters on tv and I was wondering who you all look up to or just enjoy watching as far as gay characters on TV or in movies. For me, it was Jack McPhee from Dawson's Creek. I know, I know, Dawson's Creek. But when I was younger the show was on and it was a big help to me. And it didn't hurt that I thought he was cute.
