How do I tell my date that I don't want to date him anymore?

So I have had 2 dates so far with this guy, one at a restaurant and one at a park. The 2nd date was really romantic, we watched the sunset together whie hugging and kissing, so it was really nice. We are going on a 3rd date tomorrow, however I realized that I don't want a relationship with him.I don't want it because there are a few things which bother me about him, for example we don't really have good conversations, because education/family background differences and I don't even enjoy texting with him. Furthermore his whole personality is about being gay - not like he is flamboyant or anything, but his instagram page for example is full of posts about being gay. I feel like he is really insecure and already too attached to me. I want to see how our next date goes, but I'm pretty sure I will have to tell him that I don't want a next date, since I don't love him.So what's the best way to tell him I don't want to date anymore to not hurt him too much? He is so cute and nice, I really don't want to hurt him, but I can't imagine being with him in a relationship.

I don’t know what to do about my friends

I’m still in high school and I had a boy friend (mind that fact that I now know I’m a lesbian). When I broke up with him it was for more than on reason. But now all of my friends are asking why, cause they don’t know what he acts like when he’s in relationships. But I’m having a hard time saying to the fact. “I’m gay and I didn’t know until after the while I was dating him” but I also don’t want to seem like a jerk, cause they would say I just used him to get stuff out of him... I stayed with him for a month, and waited after Valentine’s Day, cause I didn’t want to be one of those people. But then he got me a huge bear, you know... Then I felt like even more a dick, because I meant so much to him... I just don’t know how to explain this to my friends...

Guy on grindr said I ghosted him (rant)

I didn't respond to his message within like 5 hours when I was out with friends, and apparently this is ghosting to him. When I confronted him about that he said he could tell I was a douchebag and that I'd have no success in my career. Why are people on grindr so insecure about people responding immediately? Am I supposed to spend every waking hour making sure I answer every message within an hour? I really don't get the people on these apps nowadays.

My boyfriend and I. Forgive me for I have sinned.

Disliking the person not the sexuality... feels like they're using gay as an excuse

So I have a co-worker who's very femme. Femme in a way that I find almost like he's putting on an act with constant shrieking about how fablulous things are or talking about the "Drama" he's in. He drives me INSANE. If he wasn't such a good programmer I'd have asked him to be transferred off my team a long long time ago.The issue is, though, we have mutual friends outside of work and he's been informed I don't like him. He took it that I'm somehow "ashamed of some aspects of being gay". To which I can only reply "no... I'm gay myself and you're just an asshole who I can't stand". So what's the options here? How have some of you handled this? Is it something that you've come across? I'm especially asking because I love my company, they treat me exceptionally well and I like what I do, so I want to be uber-cautious that it doesn't bleed over.

When he doesn't get you a Valentine's gift...
