Help for conservative familes?

Hey! So I'm a gay boy in the 8th grade, and basically everyone I know knows I'm gay, and I'm extremely out, and comfortable with myself. And basically all of my friends parents know I'm gay, however mine don't.I've grown up in a extremely conservative family, and still do to this day. I myself am EXTREMELY femine, however, at home I act extremly "manly" and constantly surpress everything, and get mad if I show a little bit. The reason I do is that my parents make homophobic remarks daily, and support Trump in many of the things he does, especially the anti homo ones.So, is there any ideas you guys have to help?P.S my first post woo
