What do you find attractive?

I've noticed that most people who are into guys typically prefer masculine qualities such as a tall height, lists of muscles, body hair and a deep voice, but I've spoke to other people who prefer more feminine features such as short height, slim build and other things to that effect. So I'm just wondering, what do you all find to be attractive in a male partner?
