I would appreciate if you could lend me a hand with some shaving advice!

Hey handsome beasts!I know there are different subreddits where I could ask that question but I feel like /r/gay is the least specific of gay subreddits, so there might be the biggest variety of different people, that's why I decided to post here.My problem is shaving, as you probably already know from the title. I guess you could say that I'm quite hairy, but I do shave regularly on my chest and genitals. I would also like to shave my butt, though I have totally no idea how to go about it. I am using one of the Phillips body groomers, and the problem I have is that I have once, probably due to not being cautious enough, cut my dick with it. I was shaving, and I cut the skin on the down-side of my dick. Now my dumb brain makes me go all shaky-shaky and panicky when I try to shave there so I stopped shaving that spot - balls and down-side of my dick.I can't really use a normal razor, or so I think (correct me if I'm wrong), on my balls without making a bloody mess down there. Also, the skin on the bottom side of my penis isn't really even, so normal razor is out of question there as well.Which brings me to the question, how those of you that shave go about it? Now, I'm not interested in just shortening the hair, I want it shaved completely. I read some things about those "waxing creams" that you apply for few minutes and they kind of dissolve the hair, though my hair is somewhat thick so I'm afraid it might not work too well on me.I would really appreciate some help from you folk :)Cheers
