I feel really lost, never been able to explore

I'm 30 and in life I'm hitting a really big lull right now. Lack of motivation, trying to work from home, depression, will amd inspiration are fleeting. I really want to explore my gay side, but I've never really been able to fully. i live close to a really gay friendly city and I am just wondering how to find a life within the gay community, I have zero friends.
