Based on these two articles, could there be hope for same sex couples having their own biological child?

Here are the articles I'm referring: Creation of an egg from stem cells and Male pregnancyOk, so basically what crossed my mind when reading this two articles is that an egg can be created, then fertilized in vitro and then implanted into a man's abdomen. Is this concept foreseeable in a close future? I'm talking 20-30 years. Nothing would make me happier than knowing that I could have a chance to bare my own child, but could this be a reality or is it just something that can't progress given the limitations of medicine?edit: grammar
