what to do? totally lone

im 22, male. what should i do when my bestfriend hates me becouse im gay, my only girl-best friend hates me for no actual reason, and my crush just wants to stay as "friends" (we had sex twice tough) ? I m going on a trip with my family and i wont see them for a month i guess. should i let them go and go on? but how? let's have a chat. i need that. thanks :)
