Having some blood after anal sex...

Hey everyone, I really could use some advice. I (23, m) had anal sex a day and a half ago with my boyfriend and I'm now having some blood with my bowel movements. It's never been more than a table spoon. This morning there wasn't a lot. I just went again and I had some more.Insertion was a little tight but things weren't uncomfortable. My partner had some blood on his penis after he pulled out. I'm not sure whether or not I should see a doctor. The blood doesn't seem to be in significant quantities...and it seems to be decreasing in amount. I think I either have an anal fissure or an agitated hemorrhoid. I'm not feeling any pain.I'm thinking about giving it another day or two. Thoughts? Thank you!
