First time asking someone on date

Hi there!So going off my last post you can find here I (18) will be going back to H&M to ask if this guy I met (31) would like to possibly hang out some time, and see where things go.First and foremost, I would like to thank for everyone's comments that really showed me that ultimately, I shouldn't be trying to live up to please the people around me. Dating who I find an interest in should really only be of my business, and while I do feel as if people will be accepting of it in my life, I know I will have to face the reality of people who do not approve.Another thing, for all I know, the guy may not even like guys! I guess for the most part I'm just going off my instincts, and hoping for the best. (And at that, he could already possibly in a relationship with someone else.)Regardless of all this, I'm just hoping for the best to come out of this, as I think I decided I might as well try, then regretting that I never had tried at all.
