Boyfriend Masturbates

Hey Guys! My boyfriend and I have Been together just over 5 months. I have a small problem. He has this thing where he likes to masturbate and get off without me around. I feel like I am not satisfying him sexually and it makes me feel upset when he does this without me. I like to Masturbate as well but I want him to do it with me around not without me around because it makes me feel upset. How do I get him to stop this and do it with me not without me. He also says he never wants to have sex. Yet he still has the energy to masturbate. We do have sex 1-2 times a week but he has to be up for it. Any suggestions would help. I want this relationship to last. But I also don't want to control his life as well. Please help. I want to talk about this in the next few days with him.
