WHAT should i do with my straight friend ! help

I have a straight friend and I am not out yet our friendship started 3 years ago, he is a bit shy, a month ago he is started acting different, he became so sweet, and keep get nervous around me, always wanted as to spend time together with no other friends and remind me about our trips and how fun was it, and he touching me in an intimate way whenever he got the chance, touching my face, hands, and even my feet in the movies, and stopped saying anything about girls actually when once i brought girls up to him, he said am not talking to anybody anymore!! i donnow what should i make of it, do i keep ignoring these signs do i throw hints and at least do the same to him. or should i just act as if nothing is going on, am so confused. FYI: we both come from an extremely conservative and religious background.
