College Roommate

i’m going to college next yearkinda nervous about having a straight roommate. what if they’re homophobic. what if i get a crush on them or what if i don’t but they’re just one of those straights who assume every gay has a crush on thembut what if they’re gay and hot or ugly and want me. if they’re hot i won’t be able to resist then what if it gets weird living with them cuz we never define our relationship and people get hurt or one of us likes the other and then it’s really awkward when it isn’t returned??i know these are all hypotheticals but i mean they seem like semi plausible situations so does anyone have any experiences like this? or was ur roommate a completely normal gay or straight guy u were able to live with completely platonically? cuz that’s cool too i’d like that
