What's the most gay friendly french speaking country in the world?

I'm dual language in french and english (which is different from bilingual). I prefer my personality and how I feel when I am speaking french. I want to find the most gay friendly french speaking country in the world so I can move there eventually. Preferably one that is very sexually progressive/permissive and nudist friendly.
