Envy is a bad feeling

I know this guy on facebook that is bulgarian(like me) and he moved to the US a few years back and now he has a husband, he had a wedding, his WHOLE family was there and I just felt so full and sick of envy when I saw this because he is lucky enough to have this and I'm not. I am trying to fight this feeling of anger envy and extreme sadness but it's sooo strong...
