Life after that app in Wash. DC

Two days ago I posed a question about Grindr etiquette, and from reading the answers I realized the best solution: just delete the app.How do I meet guys now? (For what you ask? Idk. Friends. More if it goes there. I've only picked up a guy in a bar once, so I'm not sure how skilled I am at that.)I'm 30 and new to Washington DC. Anyone from this area have any suggestions? I heard about the Stonewall leagues, but they're expensive. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
